Giving Import is a comprehensive tool that takes your historical giving records from any source and intelligently imports it into PCO Giving.
Planning Center provides a very robust, resilient, and intelligent importer to help you get your existing people data into Planning Center. However, this importer is limited to PCO People data: Name, address, phone number, email, etc. So far, Planning Center does not have a method to import other sets of historical data such as check-in‘s, events, groups or giving.
Speaking with numerous churches migrating to Planning Center, one of their biggest needs is the ability to have historical giving data available in PCO Giving as they migrate to their new church management system. Based on these requests, we created Giving Import to import historical giving data into your current Planning Center accounts.

Our tools capture and log all steps in the import process, so that any issue can be corrected. This allows individual transactions to be "surgically" modifed, or the entire import to backed out/corrected/re-import, as needed. The tools even capture (for the nerds among us), every API call and response for diagnostics.

We have successfully performed imports for dozens of churches, as small as a few hundred transactions, to as large as 350,000+ transcations, and have successfully imported over 2 Million Transactions into PCO Giving
The matching process is both simple and flexible, allowing you to properly target just the transactions you want to import. If there are peoples records or funds you wish to ignore, we can do that!
If you want to consolidate funds to avoid duplicating historical funds, the tool can easily do that too!

We coordinate review with the church to verify the import before the transactions are committed. If preferred, all batches can be placed within a Batch group for consolidation
